Ayrshire Killie

Founded in 1869, Kilmarnock Football Club the oldest profrssional footballl club in Scotlandareknown locally as Killie, the premier club in the county of Ayrshire. The name Killie has been linked with the town since at leat the 18th century with reference by famoius scottish poet Robert Burns – most famously known around the world for the new yer song Auld Lang Syne
